The next chapter in the Dino Mélange Espresso Series is Dilophosaurus.
Like the other coffees in the series, Dilophosaurus keeps Black Condor as its darker roasted core, giving the espresso its familiar sweetness, body, and foundation. But this one is a little different.
For the first time in the Dino Mélange series, I’m bringing three coffees and roast profiles together instead of two. Black Condor is joined by a lighter roasted Nitro-Infused Watermelon Caturra and Tangerine Co-Ferment, both from Finca Milán in Colombia.
The idea is to keep the deeper, developed character that defines the Dino series while layering in watermelon candy, bright citrus, and tropical fruit.
