Hey, I’m Dominick. Inugami Coffee is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster in Phoenix, Arizona, and it’s just me. One roaster, one pair of hands. I pick the coffees, roast them, taste every batch, pack the bags, and even draw the label art. Sometimes the coffees are clean and delicate, and sometimes they’re full-on weird—washed, natural, anaerobic, co-ferments, and whatever else I find genuinely exciting. I roast in small batches each week, generally on the lighter side to let each coffee show what makes it special. Coffee is available for shipping as well as local pickup and delivery around the Phoenix area. Most importantly, I stand behind everything I roast—if you don’t love your coffee, I’ll make it right. There’s no big team or marketing department behind Inugami. It’s just me trying things, learning, and sharing coffees I’m genuinely excited about.
