Personal note: This is the first coffee I have tried and carried from the awesome producer. I will be buying another varietal immediately. This coffee really impressed me.
El Pesadero is centrally located in the municipality of Antigua. Antigua is surrounded by 3 volcanoes, Volcan de Agua, Volcan de Acatenango, and Volcan de Fuego. The rich volcanic soil, warm days and cool nights and high winds give Antigua its unique microclimate that has been highly sought after for many years and provides perfect conditions for processing coffees.
