Granja El Tempixque is the 2025 Guatemalan Cup of Excellence #7 "One of a Kind" category winner. Catuaí is an unusual variety, hence this coffee's inclusion in the "One of a Kind" category. It was traditionally processed using the washed method, dried on raised beds.
