Ever since I began my journey with coffee tasting, researching espresso, and learning everything I could about how it all comes together one thing has always stayed close to my heart: my Italian roots. Coffee has always been a big part of my family’s life, and their love for rich, traditional espresso has deeply influenced me.

When I first started Inugami, one of my long-term goals was to create espresso blends inspired by that Italian tradition, but with a more modern approach. Now, I finally feel ready to share that vision.

These new blends will each have their own number and unique identity, along with details about their specific components. They’ll lean toward the darker more developed side, true espresso roasts designed to capture depth and intensity while maintaining the care and quality that define all my coffees.

While my current espresso roasts are versatile enough for both espresso and pour over, this new line will be crafted specifically for espresso lovers. It’s something I’ve been patient about developing, making sure it reaches the same level of quality I hold for all my coffees.

I’m really excited to share this next step and hope you’ll give these new blends a try. Thank you to everyone who has supported Inugami from the start your enthusiasm and encouragement are what keep me pushing forward and striving to grow this little company into something truly special.
