I wanted to create something truly classic for Christmas—a coffee that feels warm, comforting, and perfectly suited for the holiday season. A dark-roast espresso felt like the ideal choice. This blend, offered exclusively through the Damatos line, was crafted in honor of family members who are no longer here to celebrate with us. I genuinely believe this is the espresso they would have loved.
When I began developing the Damatos espresso offerings, I spent a lot of time exploring how each blend performed as a true espresso. Out of all the profiles I created, this one stood out the most. It carries a gentle hint of berry brightness while still delivering the classic notes we all cherish—rich dark chocolate, smooth caramel, and that deep, satisfying espresso character that defines the season.
