Brazil - Joaquim Ribeiro Acaua Chocolate, Lime, Raspberry, Kumquat)
Process Method Natural
Joaquim Almeida Ribeiro, from a family of eight children, grew up working in coffee harvesting alongside his parents and siblings. After a period in São Paulo for his brother’s medical treatment, the family returned to the countryside, where his parents bought a small farm in 1990. Joaquim continued in coffee production and later married Márcia, who also came from a coffee-growing family. Together, they acquired their own farm, called Santa Cruz, and now operate a family-based agricultural system focused on sustainability, forest conservation, and continuous improvement in coffee cultivation and post-harvest management. This lot underwent a natural drying process on the patios at Fazenda Santa Cruz, ensuring uniformity of the coffee. The slow drying allowed for the preservation and intensification of the coffee's aromas and flavors.
8oz Roasted Whole Bean Coffee. Please Note: All coffee is roasted to a Light-Medium Roast level, I feel this amount of development shows all the coffees amazing flavors. All purchased coffee should be in your hands within a week of its roast date. On rare occasion it could be within two weeks of its roast date.
