Process Method 40 Hour Natural

Danilo is from a family of coffee growers in the city of Três Pontas. Since he was very young, Danilo's father already taught his children about coffee production. Danilo graduated as an Agricultural Engineer and right after college he started working in a company that sold fertilizers. Over the years, Danilo managed to buy his own fertilizer company, where he worked for many years, until in 2017 he decided to sell the company and buy the Terra Nova farm. In 2022 Danilo, thinking about the production of special coffees, bought the Zaroca farm, a farm highly regarded for the excellent coffees it produces. Currently, Danilo is dedicated to the production of high-quality coffees, being a great reference in the region, in the model of farm management, productivity and quality of the coffee plantations. 

Danilo processed this coffee starting off with controlled fermentation in static boxes for 40 hours. This fermentation is what gives this coffee its very unique character, especially for coffee from Brazil.
